Case Study #1

When a leading global tech company (one of the Highest-Rated Cloud Companies to Work For) was in a period of rapid scaling and simultaneous reorganization, they reached out to Embrace Change.

Case Study #2

When a globally recognized law firm that consistently ranks in the top 20 first approached Embrace Change, they were at a loss as to how to support and retain their Black attorneys. They knew they had a problem. And they sensed that they needed to do something in our post-Floyd working world. But they had no idea what or how.

Through consistent work with them over several months, we helped this firm:

  • gain valuable insights into the working conditions and treatment of Black Associates across offices and practice areas

Case Study #3

To build internal trust and leadership capacity, a major public health organization partnered with Embrace Change.

We designed and implemented a transformative peer career coaching initiative that:

  • Delivered a 30-hour train-the-trainer program over 5 weeks, equipping staff across six public health bureaus with practical peer coaching skills

  • Provided 132 individual coaching sessions tailored to support career clarity, emotional processing, and workplace resilience

  • Led to statistically significant improvements in participant confidence across every skill area measured—from self-advocacy and goal-setting to communication and stress management

  • Transformed resistance into engagement by fostering safe, emotionally intelligent learning environments

  • Achieved a 100% “extremely helpful” rating for coaching, and an 82% “extremely helpful” rating for training

When a large U.S. state needed to skill up hundreds of front-line leaders responsible for employee wellbeing and crisis response, they came to Embrace Change.

Through the design and delivery of a statewide professional development initiative focused on mental health, trauma, and navigating difference, we helped this agency:

  • Deliver 39 full-day trainings reaching 340+ staff leaders across all regions of the state
