Everything Does Start with an Intention

As we start another workweek, consider setting an intention for your day or week.  Think of how you would like to be in the world, rather than things you would like to do.

Set the intention, write it on a piece of paper, type it into your phone, or say it out loud (to yourself or anyone else).

And see what happens when you put that new aspirational energy out to the world.
