About our Comprehensive Coaching Package:

This is a foundational one-on-one career coaching program that consists of 8 sessions over 2 months with your Embrace Change career coach. The structure of this program, and the cadence of these sessions are intentionally designed to most effectively meet our clients’ needs.

    • 8 career coaching virtual sessions (45 minutes each)

    • An illuminating preliminary questionnaire

    • A Clarifying Goals Worksheet

    • Additional resources and homework tailored for your needs

  • To work with an Embrace Change career coach:

    1. Complete an Intake Form

    2. Our team will reach out with the next steps, which may include a Supplemental Form

    3. Our team will email you our coaching recommendations, including a recommended EC coach for you

    4. Have a complimentary consult call with your recommended coach to assess fit

    5. Final onboarding steps to get started!

  • Our Comprehensive Coaching program structure—which is the coaching program, structure, and method we’ve honed over years of working with hundreds of WOC clients—is a 2-month, 8-session foundational career coaching program.

    In working with hundreds of WOC clients over many years, this has proven to be the most effective structure, length of time, and cadence for our clients to experience and create the results that they wish to achieve through career coaching.

    Following completion of the Comprehensive Coaching program, we recommend that clients continue their career coaching journey in additional increments of 4 sessions at a time in our VIP Coaching Program. Those who have done so have achieved an array of additional concrete wins—often exceeding their career and leadership goals in terms of landing ideal roles, opportunities, employers, promotions, raises, speaking engagements.

    Deviations from the above generally result in subpar (diluted, less impactful) results for clients. Deviations from the above also have a negative impact operationally on our small-but-mighty WOC-run team.

  • For the Comprehensive Coaching program, we offer a sliding scale based on annualized earnings.

    Annual Salary/Earnings:

    • $200,000-$299,000 - 2 Installments of $2,295

    • $100,000-$199,000 - 2 Installments of $1,450

    • <$100,000 - 2 Installments of $850

    *The investment for anyone $300k and over is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please let us know if this applies to you.

    **If applicable to your situation, and in case it’s helpful, here's a resource we share with folks to help with approaching your employer to cover your career coaching investment–whether in part or in whole.

    ***The above sliding scale is for clients who are directly paying for their own coaching. If your employer is directly paying Embrace Change for your coaching, additional fees may apply, including: administrative fees starting at $500-$1000 to have separate or additional contracts executed between your employer and Embrace Change; administrative fees starting at $250-$500 for requests to pay that are not via our standard payment links and process (2 equal installments payable by credit card). Contact us with your specific situation so that we can provide the most accurate estimate of associated administrative fees.
