Hi, I’m Cynthia

I started this Leadership Accelerator because of the dismal state of affairs when it comes to the race and gender leadership gap. I was tired of seeing my clients held back in their leadership by White supremacy in the workplace, institutional gaslighting, and stereotype biases against them — and also their own negative self-talk about the limits of their potential growth and impact.

I raised almost $50,000 on IFundWomen to launch 40 women of color beyond their leadership goals. I can’t wait to welcome you into our community of empowered women as a member of the Leadership Accelerator.

To contribute to the Leadership Accelerator Scholarship Fund, please email cynthia@embracechange.nyc.

Land the leadership opportunities you have long deserved.
