There are several ways in which the Leadership Accelerator is a unique learning experience, distinct from other leadership training programs out there. First and foremost, it is the only comprehensive leadership certification program designed for women of color and nonbinary people of color across industries. Second, it brings together a community of cohort members of true peers, which is rare in leadership programs as well.
And third, part of the education we provide through the Leadership Accelerator is C-CARE, which stands for:

Based on our coaching and training work with hundreds and thousands of women of color, C-CARE represents all the elements necessary for women of color to consistently reach — and exceed — their career and leadership goals.
Whenever we are feeling “stuck,” asking ourselves which of the 5 elements of C-CARE is missing is often the key to regaining direction and momentum in our careers.
The Leadership Accelerator is a twelve-week leadership training and certification program that consists of 7 group coaching sessions, topical bonus training sessions, a 1:1 executive coaching session, all held virtually. The Emerging Leaders cohort typically starts in March; the Equity Leaders cohort in May; and the Established and Executive Leaders cohort in September.
