The Joys of Journaling

When's the last time you wrote down your reflections, dreams, worries, and thoughts on actual paper with an actual pen or pencil?

If you're like me, it's been a little while. But, every day is a chance to turn it all around!!

The benefits of journaling are well documented (Regular journaling boosts your physical health! And your mental health! It helps with problem-solving, stress reduction, and strengthens relationships).

So set some time aside today or in the next week for some old-fashioned writing! Tip: block out at least 30 minutes in your calendar and set up a reminder on your phone so that you're sure to follow through.

Don't know what to write about? You could write about a time when...

  • you felt proud of your work or truly embodied your best self at work

  • someone lifted you up or you lifted someone else up

  • you felt powerful

  • you made a difference to someone

or something else entirely. Happy writing, friends! :)
