Closing Out the Year...

As we near the end of 2016, it's the perfect time to take stock of your life in a slightly unusual way – using one of Peter Block's brilliant exercises.

Ask yourself, or do this with a friend so you can ask each other:

1. What's the "Yes" you no longer need? (As Peter would say, "If you cannot say "No," then your "Yes" means nothing.)

2. What's the "No" you've been postponing?

3. What's the forgiveness you're unwilling to offer?

4. What's the resentment you hold on to that no one knows about?

Did you discover anything about yourself? What does it mean for your 2017?

Peace,

Cynthia
