Your Feedback Is Humbly Requested...

My dear friends, supporters, people who also care about worker wellbeing and staving off burnout (for themselves and/or others),

I am building out the offerings of Embrace Change to include more one-on-one work with people who want to find ways to work happier. (This is in addition to training groups and doing larger workshops and talks about wellness, productivity, and addressing work-related stress.)

So, I’m thinking of offering a free, 10-day challenge in January to help support folks in a concrete, consistent, and nurturing way. The topic of the challenge could either be: A) managing stress, B) goal setting, or C) building more gratitude and positivity into your life. Participants would get daily emails about tips, small exercises, or other resources related to the topic – for 10 days.

So here are my questions for you…

  1. What do you think?? Should I do it? Should I not? Love or hate the idea??

  2. Is this something you’d participate in?

  3. Which topic would you vote for? A) managing stress, B) goal setting, or C) building more gratitude and positivity into your life?

If you’d rather not post publicly, email happier@embracechange.nyc!

Thank you, everyone!!!!

Sending gratitude and love! :)
