Payal Shah, PCC, ELI-MP

Payal Shah, PCC, ELI-MP, is an iPEC and ICF-certified (PCC-level) Career and Leadership Empowerment Coach for BIPOC professionals looking to get ‘unstuck’ about what’s next, build their self-confidence, and create more purposeful, fulfilling lives. Payal has coached clients in industries spanning tech, corporate, non-profit, academia, public sector, education and more, and in roles ranging from individual contributors to managers to senior leaders.

Payal’s coaching methodology begins with her clients taking a good, hard look at their heart’s desire, which is the foundation on which they build a plan of action to make that a reality. She is committed to clients gaining a greater degree of power, freedom, and joy in all areas of their lives. Payal partners with individuals to identify what they truly want in life, put 'shoulds' aside, and explore what it will take to get them there. She coaches clients to identify existing internal and external blocks that keep them from living the lives they want and implement solutions to remove the holds these have on them. Her goal in coaching is for her clients to get 'unstuck' and connected to their callings so that they can create the lives that they truly desire for themselves.

She has supported over a hundred clients in various career and life areas, including career clarity and empowerment, building leadership and communication skills, navigating relationship challenges, addressing sources of stress and burnout to enhance mental well-being, and much more!

Embrace Change coaching client testimonials:

Coaching with Payal has provided a lot of encouragement and assurance that I'm on the right path and has helped me to feel less alone as I am able to share hopes and fears and hear that everything I'm experiencing is normal.

We were both amazed by how much progress I had made in just 2 months. Payal was a huge part of making this happen.

Grace L.

The biggest impact that coaching has had on me so far is helping me to unpack the challenges, questions, and assumptions around building confidence and speaking up in my career and the ways I can approach raising my voice. Payal has been wonderful in helping me to unpack what is guiding my behavior and what I can do about it. It feels like finding my footing again.

Coaching with Payal feels like talking to a friend who happens to be an expert in career development and (actually) helps you be accountable to the progress you commit to. I appreciate that she’s easy to talk to, validates my concerns, is relatable, but also challenges my thinking. She asks great questions that helps me see things from new perspectives and recommends skills and tactics that feel like me.
