Minnelly Vasquez, MSW, LCSW

Minnelly Vasquez is a licensed clinical social worker focused on the mental health needs of the BIPOC community. Her therapeutic work and speaking are grounded in mindfulness, social justice, and trauma healing.

Minnelly’s work addresses how racial trauma in the world impacts the workplace / work culture through group psychotherapy skills and liberation practice theories. She previously presented her Healing the Healer in Community talk to a cohort of the Leadership Accelerator, to rave reviews.

Minnelly holds degrees from Fordham University and University of Connecticut, and a certification from Columbia University. She is trained in Somatic Attachment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Decolonizing Therapy for Black Folks. In 2022, she was selected for the esteemed Ackerman Institute Family & Couples Therapy training program.​
